• We partner with a variety of suppliers with certifications like WRAP & FLA/FWF (ethical production), OEKO-TEX (free from harmful substances), GOTS (certified organic), and PETA (vegan), ensuring ethical and sustainable production. We can also recommend a supplier based on your priorities such as organic/recycled, vegan, fair wear, or low carbon options.

ECO-FRIENDLY PRINTING

SUSTAINABLE INKS

• All of our inks are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they're free from harmful substances.

• Our DTG & water-based inks are OEKO-TEX and GOTS approved (certified organic).

RENEWABLE ENERGY &EFFICIENCY

• We use 100% renewable electricity through our energy supplier, certified via REGO certificates. This means all the electricity we use is matched with power from renewable sources like wind and solar.

• Low-energy curing & modern equipment reduce power consumption.

• Our direct-to-screen system eliminates the need for plastic films, which are traditionally used in screen printing but contribute to unnecessary plastic waste.

• Automated screen reclaiming saves water compared to traditional screen cleaning methods.

ECO-FRIENDLY SUPPLIES

• We use fully recyclable and compostable outer packaging to reduce waste.
• Garments are packed in protective clear box liners made from 30% recycled LDPE (type 4) plastic, which is recyclable at most supermarket collection points. We use these to help ensure garments arrive safely, but if avoiding plastic is important to you, just let us know and we’ll leave them out.

• Organic and recycled options are available for labels and embroidery threads.

WASTE REDUCTION

• ISO-certified waste management ensures safe processing.

• Ink containers are recycled; excess ink is safely processed & disposed of as non-hazardous waste.

• Excess solvents are repurposed for energy generation, reducing landfill waste.

MINIMISING TEXTILE WASTE

• Misprints & damaged garments are reused for test printing and clean-up.

• Surplus garments are donated to humanitarian charities.
