2. PLACING YOUR FIRST ORDER

Two easy ways to order:

    Option 1: Order online - Best for straightforward orders (one design, one garment type).

    Option 2: Email us - Best for complex orders (multiple designs or garment types).

When emailing, include:

    • Your artwork

    • Garment type(s)

    • Quantity

    • Print type (optional – we’ll choose the best option if you’re not sure)

    • Deadline (if applicable)

    • Mock-ups (optional - but really useful if you have them)

3. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

1. Quote

    • If you email us, we’ll send you a quote.

    • If you order online, we skip straight to proofing.

    • Once you’re happy, we’ll send a payment link.

2. Proofing

    • After payment, we’ll create digital proofs of your design on the garment.

    • Nothing goes to production until you’ve approved the proof.

3. Production

    • Once approved, your order goes into production.

    • Typical turnaround: 7–10 working days (longer in peak months, tell us if you have a deadline)

4. Delivery

    • We ship via next-day courier once finished.

    • Local? Collection is available too.
